Manufacturer suggested usage:
For cats (all sizes) and small dogs (up to 12 lbs): Give 1 Cats/small dogs tablet per day.
For medium dogs (12-34 lbs): Give 1 Medium dogs tablet per day.
For large dogs (35 lbs and over):
35 to 65 lbs: Give 1 Large dogs tablet per day.
66 to 120 lbs: Give 2 Large dogs tablets per day.
Over 120 lbs: Give 3 Large dogs tablets per day.
Denamarin Advanced tablets should be given on an empty stomach at least one hour before a meal for optimal absorption. For cats it is suggested that tablets should be followed immediately with a small amount of water to make sure the tablet passes all the way into the stomach. If pilling the dog or cat is not possible the tablet may be administered with a small amount of food.
The number of tablets administered may be gradually reduced or increased at any time at the recommendation of your veterinarian.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place at a controlled room temperature. Keep this product tightly closed when not in use and out of the reach of children and pets. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom near the kitchen sink or in damp places. The product may break down if exposed to heat or moisture.
Side effects
There are no documented side effects reported for this product when given according to the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines.
Please discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if your pet experiences any persistent or troublesome side effects or if you notice anything unusual.

Do not administer to animals with a known history or suspected allergy/hypersensitivity to this product or any of its ingredients. Allergic reactions to medications or supplements may occur. Be sure to inform Vetsource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies.
If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction discontinue therapy and call your veterinarian immediately or seek emergency veterinary attention. Symptoms may include (but are not limited to): swollen lips tongue face or airways; difficulty breathing; agitation; profuse salivation; and widespread hives or itching.
Drug and food interactions
While there are no documented drug or food interactions with this supplement interactions may still occur.
Medications that have a theoretical interaction with this product include (but may not be limited to) oral products containing aluminum calcium and/or magnesium (e.g. antacids vitamins); MAOIs (e.g. amitraz selegiline); metronidazole; mirtazapine; SSRIs (e.g. fluoxetine sertraline); trazodone; tramadol; and tricyclic antidepressants (e.g. amitriptyline clomipramine).
Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications and/or supplements are given together.
Please ensure your veterinarian is aware of all medications and supplements that your pet is currently receiving. Your veterinarian may prescribe multiple medications even if a potential drug interaction may occur. In these instances your veterinarian may adjust the dosages or monitor your pet more closely.
